Teaching the Universe / Insegnare L'Universo

Sometimes down-to-earth philosophy crops up in the least unexpected moments in life. This time it happened with my sister while chatting on skype. We were talking about an new acquaintance of mine. A person that not only gets lost in the clouds but also drifts away in her thoughts while speaking to other persons.
These are my sister’s comments:

“poor thing...another lost soul who thinks she can teach the universe how to spin, rotate and expand… my philosophy for life is...whatever moved gracefully before you were born...will do the same after...don’t interfere...you'll cause only harm...”

Alcune volte la vita ci presenta con delle verità che vanno dritti alla meta nei momenti meno attesi. Questa volte mi è successo quando stavo chattando su skype con mia sorella. Stavamo parlando di una mia nuova conoscente. Una persona che non solo si perde fra le nuvole ma che lentamente scivola nei suoi pensieri nel fra tempo che ti parla.
Questi sono i commenti di mia sorella:

“Povera…un’ altra anima persa che crede che può insegnare all’universo come girare, gravitare e espandere…la mia filosofia per la vita è…qualsiasi cose che si moveva elegantemente prima che tu sei nata…continuerà a farlo anche dopo…non interferire…causerai solo danni…”

I've got few minutes to spare in this very hectic week and I wanted to stop and thank the universe for all the blessings it has endowed me with.
Where to start...First of all I'm here alive and kicking (some would say too much).I've got my own house (still paying for it for the next three decades if I'm still here).
I live near the sea which is a constant inspiration and natural tranquilizer. I've got a circle of friends which I know I can count on. A job which is not actually what I have dreamt for but it helps me through.
I've got parents and sister which in their own unique way love me. I was blessed with a spiritual mentor that is guiding me towards constant self-improvement.
And last but not least I've been blessed with my partner. A very patient one to say the truth that loves me in a way that sometimes, in certain circumstances, not even myself would!
Thank you Universe.

Ho qualche minuto di tregua in questa settimana estremamente movimentata e volevo ringraziare l'universo per i tanti doni che mi ha concesso.
Da dove cominciare?...Prima di tutto sono qui viva e vegeta (alcuni direbbero pure troppo viva). Ho la mia casa (anche se la dovrò pagare per i prossimi tre decadi della mia vita se ancora ci sarò)
Vivo vicino al mare che è una costante fonte di ispirazione e un calmante naturale. Ho un gruppo di amici che so che nei momenti di bisogno ci posso contare. Un lavoro che non è esattamente quello che ho sogniato ma almeno mi aiuta nella vita.
Ho i miei genitori e la mia sorella che nel loro modo mi amano. Sono stata benedetta da una guida spirituale che mi sprona in un continuo miglioramento.
E l'ultimo ma non il meno importante sono stata benedetta dalla mia compagna. Devo dire una compagna molto paziente che mi ama in un modo che neanche io in certi momenti mi amerei!
