Yesterday at home, during my usual spinning session I discovered this video that really touched my heart. I think that in certain circumstances music and images can succeed in transmitting pathos much more than a thousand words would ever do.

Culture genocide is something that all of us coming from a minor ethnicity at one time or another suffered from in one form or another, willingly or not. But the cultural genocide that Tibet is being forced through in all these years and no one is taking action to stop, is something that goes beyond any comprehension especially in a world that calls itself civilised and humanitarian.

Ieri durante la mia sessione di spinning a casa ho scoperto questo video che mi ha veramente toccata il cuore. Credo che la musica e le immagine in certe circostanze, riescono a trasmettere emozioni più di quante mille parole possono mai fare.

Il genocidio culturale è qualche cosa che tutti noi che veniamo da etnie minoritarie a un certo punto ne abbiamo sofferto in un varie sfumature, a volte anche voluto. Ma il genocidio che il Tibet è obbligato a subire in tutti questi anni e nessuno alza un dito per fermalo è un qualche cosa che esula da qualsiasi comprendonio, specialmente in un mondo che si reputa civilizzato e umanitario.
